Goiporia (Former Chairman of State Bank of India, who also had to his credit having headed three other nationalised banks in succession before heading State Bank of India), and Shri Pankaj Gupta, an eminent Chartered Accountant of the 1975 batch, who has audited large financial institutions, banks, and companies, including, the State Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, Bank of Baroda, Union Bank of India, Central Bank of India, Bank of Maharashtra, Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), LIC Housing Finance Ltd., General Insurance Corporation of India (GIC), NABARD, Reserve Bank of India, Hindustan Unilever Ltd., JSW Group, and other such renowned institutions, embarked upon building a conglomerate of verticals in financial sector services.
Currently, the Company is in the business of providing financial services to Business Houses, Investments, Insurance, Mutual Funds and other Financial Management services. It is led by eminent and renowned professionals with relevant experience in investment, insurance, mutual funds, finance, accounting, taxation, and banking, including development banking.
Over the years, the company has successfully demonstrated its merit and consistency in rendering quality financial services and investing in financial products.
